An International Symposium in honour of Professor Geoffrey Arden´s 80th birthday
The meeting will take place over 2 days, and consist of invited lectures by many leaders in the field of visual science and free presentations (both poster and platform presentations). In addition to the scientific sessions, there will be a number of social events for delegates and accompanying persons. Confirmed invited speakers include Helga Kolb, Paul Sieving, John Heckenlively, Don Hood, Michael Bach, Graham Holder, Bart LeRoy, Yozo Miyake, Eberhart Zrenner, Sven Erik Nilsson, and Werner Spileers.
Location
The meeting will take place in the Kardinal Wendel Haus in the Schwabing district of Munich, Bavaria. This is a delightful small purpose-built conference facility, with some accommodation available on site. In addition to this accommodation there are a range of hotels in the immediate vicinity.
Date: June 10th – 11th 2010 (immediately following the WOC in Berlin).
Cost: Registration cost - €150 or €200.
